How do I register?
Registering for an account is free and takes a few minutes. Please note that all fields must be completed in order to register. Once you have registered, you can log into the website.
You will need to provide the following information:
First name and Surname
Company Name
Mobile Number
Landline Number
Email Address
Username (case sensitive)
Password (case sensitive)
Once you have entered the information correctly CLICK 'Create Account' and you will be able to log onto iTextPortal and test our services.
How do I log in?
ENTER 'Username' and 'Password'. These are both case sensitive. CLICK 'Login' to access your home page.
I've registered. Now what?
To claim your 10 free credits, please do the following:
a) Go to our website, www.itextportal.co.uk
b) LOGIN with your username and password,
c) Once you have logged in, you will be able to test our services and send single and bulk text messages.
How much does it cost?
From less than 4p per SMS. Please view our pricing page for accurate costs. If you buy in bulk you pay less.
Are there any other costs involved to send SMS's?
NO! There are no set-up fees, monthly fees or any other additional fees. We operate on a prepaid basis. The credits that you buy will only expire in 12 months from the purchase date. Users do not pay for replies.
How do I buy credits?
We work on a prepaid basis. You can purchase credits online via PayPal, Credit card, electronic funds transfer(EFT) or bank deposit. Please see our Purchase page for more detailed information.
How long does it take to deliver messages?
Messages are delivered within 15 seconds. Each user has the ability to send out 100 000 SMS's per hour through our gateway.
Do you provide status reports for the undelivered messages?
All messages will have a status reports whether successfully delivered or not. To view the reports, go to SMS sent report.
Do you support replies to SMS's?
Yes, recipients of messages that you send via our system can reply to your messages. The reply messages will be posted to your replies inbox in your account. You can also have replies forwarded to an email address or to a cell number if you want.
Is it possible to use the 'Sender ID' parameter?
Setting of the Sender ID can be enabled after your initial credits purchase.
